Hide your name from Mappinned
Mappinned shows Florida property records that counties publish: the parcel, its values and sales, and the owner's name and mailing address as the county property appraiser lists them. We hold no phone numbers or email addresses of property owners, and we sell no personal profiles.
You can ask us to hide your name and mailing address, whoever you are. We do not ask why. The parcel itself (its shape, street address, legal description, values and sale prices) stays, as it does on the property appraiser's own site.
If you are a protected person under Florida law (s. 119.071(4)(d), Florida Statutes: a law enforcement officer, firefighter, judge, prosecutor, public defender, code enforcement officer, guardian ad litem, child-protection investigator and the other roles it lists, and their spouses and children), a federal judge or a member of a federal judge's household (the Daniel Anderl Act), or a person covered by New Jersey's Daniel's Law or a similar law in another state, choose it below and we treat your request first. You do not need to send us an ID card, a badge or a notarized form.

What happens
- The form gives you a request number when it is received.
- We hide the name and mailing address within 72 hours of a complete request, everywhere on Mappinned: the map's labels, the property report, search, the owner and portfolio pages, sales history, company (Sunbiz) links, and exports made after that time.
- It stays hidden when the county sends us a new roll. We write back to you when it is done.
- We cannot recall exports a member made before your request. Members agree not to republish names they export.
- We do not hide the name of a company or a government owner. A trust or life estate in your name is you, and is hidden.
Also ask the county
Your property appraiser removes a protected person's name from its public records on a written, notarized request (s. 119.071(4)(d)3, F.S.), and the clerk does the same for the official records index. When the county withholds a name, Mappinned withholds it too at the next refresh.
